Ici, les gens viennent se soigner.
Je recycle et sculpte des pylônes en lave du Mont Dore.
Naissent deux colonnes : trait d’union entre la terre et le ciel, la terre et l’air.
Les mains rejoignent l’ancrage du sol au ciel et une douce circularité imprègne le mouvement.
Le grain poli façonne de nouveaux reliefs offerts au toucher. Essence de la douceur, il révèle la vie de la matière.
Deux colonnes totems, symboles de dualité primordiale et de dialogue célèbrent la force du contact,
du soin de soi et de l’autre.
Dialogue de l’intime, l’echo des colonnes vibre à l’infinie nature.

At the heart of the Auvergne, La Bourboule owes its thermal waters to geological fractures.
Here, people come to heal.
I recycle and sculpt pylons in lava from Mont-Dore.
Two columns are born: a link between the earth and the sky, the earth and the air.
Hands join the anchoring of the soil to the sky and a gentle circularity imbues the motion.
The polished grain is shaped in new reliefs beckoning to be touched. This essence of smoothness reveals the life of the matter.
Two totem poles, symbols of an essential duality and a dialogue, celebrate the strength of contact,
care for oneself and for others.
An intimate dialogue, the columns’ echo vibrates through nature for eternity.

Project created for the town of La Bourboule during a residency with the NNIPAS artistic collective.
The permanent installation of totems at the heart of the Fenêstre park in La Bourboule takes place in spring 2021.
